Meet the Coffee Fail AI effect: an ordinary café moment, an unexpected spill, and a reaction worth replaying.

THE IDEA, EXPLAINED
Coffee Fail AI is a coffee-themed video format that turns a familiar moment into an exaggerated mishap: spilled coffee, a startled reaction, or an unexpectedly chaotic barista.
Some versions use a photo-based template; others use a video model and a scene prompt. They do not all produce the same motion or preserve faces equally well. Our studio currently helps you prepare a photo and scene brief.

Start with a sharp, well-lit photo with an unobstructed face and enough space around the upper body. For a two-person scene, make both faces easy to distinguish. Actual compatibility depends on the video model or template you use.
