Choose a photo that works harder
Lighting, framing, and faces: a practical checklist for your source photo.
Choose a well-lit photo with a clear face, enough room around the shoulders, and minimal obstruction. These are preparation guidelines, not a guarantee that a particular video model will work.
Keep the subject easy to read
Use one clear subject for a solo scene. Avoid sunglasses, hands covering the face, strong beauty filters, and severe motion blur. Even lighting is a more useful starting point than a dramatic silhouette.
Leave room for the action
A close crop can remove the body area that a coffee-making scene needs. An upper-body image with space around the shoulders gives a tool more visual context. The exact framing requirements depend on the template.
For two people or a pet
For two people, make both faces distinct rather than overlapping. For a pet scene, choose a clear face and simple background. Pet concepts may need a different model or template; human-photo compatibility does not imply pet compatibility.

If a result looks wrong
Try a cleaner source photo, simplify the requested action, and compare the model’s real examples. Repeatedly buying credits will not fix a template that does not support your scene.
